The expansion project was today inaugurated by the Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Mr M.K. Stalin. “With 3G licences under way, operators require a local manufacturing partner,” Mr Herbert Merz, Member of Executive Board, NSN, told a press conference here today.
